I understand now how important it is to asses prior knowledge of a given lesson. So far, the experiences that I've been through while giving different lesson have helped me realized that assessing prior knowledge of students is extremely important and necessary to make sure that all students have a clear understanding of the subjects already taught. Therefore, assessing prior knowledge will help me as educator to provide a more effective and appropriate education for all students by assessing what they've already learned throughout the time. Assessing prior knowledge will have a positive impact in my education life. It will help me to grow as an educator so that I can be a more effective learning tool that students can rely on with confidence.
After all the lesson plans presentation, I was able to realize and comprehend how important it is to always be over prepared when planning an instruction. I've realized that in order to have an effective planning instruction, it is extremely important to always give an appropriate education providing each individual students with their own needs. It is necessary to think about the students with different learning disabilities that might struggle to be part of the lesson and be engaged in all activities. Therefore, the way we plan an instruction will determine the how effective will be the students' learning. I've comprehend also, how important it is to design an instruction that is appropriate for all students. The use of technology is a great way to effectively design an instruction that will improve the knowledge and understanding of all students in general. Designing an appropriate instruction will have an important impact in my education experience since it will prepare me to over prepare to meet the individual needs of students.
The assessment planning will definitely be an important way to find out the progress and understanding of the students. I've realized that planning assessment has to be based on the students learning and knowledge obtained from a lesson. Planning assessment will have a positive and an effective impact in my teaching experience. It will teach me responsibility in a different way which will help me to focus and comprehend how important it is to reach the objective by giving an appropriate education.
The instructional decision when teaching a subject is extremely important and necessary when teaching a lesson. I've comprehend that before teaching a lesson, it is important to make decisions regarding what technological devices will be helpful and useful to improve learning in students.We need to decide what technology will be appropriate for students and most importantly, we have to decide if that type of technology will work to obtain the effective feed back that we expect from students. Furthermore, I understand that I have to keep in mind that the way we design instruction will be determine the learning of students and how they will use that knowledge for prior assessment.

Phase II
1. Considering instructional decisions and teaching the lesson, I would definitely improve some of the teaching methods when it comes to reaching individual needs. Teching this lesson, I realized that I got enough feedback from students, and their participation made the lessson effective in someway. However, what I would definitely improve about this lesson would be to thingk about the students that have a specific learning disability. Furthermore, I would use techonology tools that would make this lesson much more effecitve for all students in general. For instance, I would definitely use technology devices such as videos that respreent facts and opinions rather than just written text.
2. Neverthless, there is definitely an evidence of the students' effective learning of the lesson. The goal for this lesson to get students participation in the lesson, and most importantly, make sure that all students have the main idea of what fact and opinion is, and how to identify the different types. Therefore, the class participation of students and their group work are a reflection of the students' success in the learning lesson.

Phase I
1. when it comes to assesing prior knowledge, students will receive reading material that they will have to read throughout the course. Still, they will be identifying facts and opinions as they go along with their reading. Students will also document what they already know about facts and opinion on a piece a paper, and they will be given samples of facts and opinion phrases and statements that they will have identify.
2. When planning instruction, the goals, objectives and outcomes will be clearly stated. Students will be able to apply and identify facts and opinions on a written text. The outcomes will be appropriate for students. Therefore, there will be a growth in their undertanding and their reasoning of written material. As a result, their communication knowledge will be more effective. "Distinguish fact from opinion in an expository text" is what the state standard says and requires for this lessson. For this reason, students will be able to understand written and expository text effectively to distinguish fact from opinion.

The information given to all students was appropriate giving students a more logic way to understand written text. This lesson is appropriate for all students including English learner students and gifted students. What is most important about this instruction, is that English learner and gifted students will have the opportunity to develop their highest strengths and potentials to assist other students who are in need of help. This lesson design integrated appropriate and creative technology for students to find and search for different facts and opinions. Students will learn the importantance of implementing technology in every lesson taught.

Moreover, it will evaluate the students participation and communication while working in their group activities. These assement tools will demonstrate how students were engaged in higher order thinking. These assesment tools will indicate and demostrate the areas that students need to focus more in order to improve their communication and participation. At the end of the assesment, we will meet individual student needs by identifying the areas in which they improved.
